Our Story

Before founding Lane 4, Scott served as President and Chief Executive Officer and Jon served as Chief Advancement Officer at the Music Academy of the West in Santa Barbara.

Together they led transformational fundraising initiatives that strengthened the institution philanthropic foundation and positioned it for long-term growth.

Lane 4 partners with nonprofit organizations across arts, education, athletics, healthcare, and environmental sectors, helping leadership teams unlock new levels of possibility through clear strategy, trusted partnership, and bold thinking.
